Cpanel allows an option of default email address where all those emails are automatically redirected that have wrong mailing address or an address that doesn't exist. The address can be created, modified or deleted at any moment of time during the operation. Below listed are the steps need to be done in order to change the default e-mail address for the recipients.

• To access the Mail Menu, click on the Mail Icon on main screen of your cPanel interface.
• Click on default address.
• To change your default address, click on Set Default Address.
• Enter the new default email address in the blank field next to your domain name.
• Click on Change to change the default email address.
• All unrouted e-mail will now going to the newly assigned default e-mail id.
